What you’ll do

Explore Hokkaido's landscapes, led by a local nature guide. Discover more about the unique ecosystem of Shiretoko as you hike.

What to wear/bring

  • Water or tea (food or flavored drinks are not allowed on walking trail)

  • Please don’t use perfumes, as some fragrances can attract wasps or hornets.

Clothes

  • Comfortable long-sleeved shirt and pants (can get dirty)

  • Fleece ( or any thick outerwear)

  • Hat/cap with brim (pay caution to strong wind)

  • Gloves

  • Backpack

What else you should know

The host will prepare boots and rainwear for the guests. Please provide each guests height, foot size and clothing size.
