The Personalization Process

  1. Contact the Concierge: Reach out and submit a few details about your planned trip and interests, and we’ll begin the process of scheduling a one-on-one call where you can ensure all of your requests are seamlessly heard.

  2. Speak with the Expert: Consult with a professional to craft your ideal bespoke travel. After listening to your requests, we’ll provide some guidance on a range of options we can offer, working together to craft a package that captures everything you’re looking for.

  3. Price Estimate: Based on your requests, we’ll provide an estimated total for the custom package. The minimum bespoke travel package cost of $3,000 will be taken as an additional deposit to proceed with arranging plans, and will be refunded if you are unable to proceed with the booking.

  4. Consultation with the Masters: Deeper Japan exclusively partners with artisans and experts who are working professionals actively involved in their fields. Because of this, it takes time to confirm schedules with the masters and customize immersions tailored to bespoke requests. Itineraries planned with the masters are final in order to respect their time.

  5. Booking Confirmation: As soon as all plans are confirmed with the masters, we’ll immediately provide you with the finalized itinerary. At this time, the final invoice will be sent, and the interpreter guide for your package will be personally selected. Our team will remain on hand to promptly respond to any other inquiries that may arise before your bespoke travel begins.
